Globally, marketers' top sustainability strategies are improving internal practices (55%), promoting sustainable offerings (48%), and establishing long-term commitments (45%). Similarly, US marketers prioritize internal sustainability (55%) and sustainable offerings (48%).


Trend 3: Creativity as a force for growth. An overwhelming 86% agree their long-term success relies on creative ideas. US marketers strongly agree creativity depends on risk-taking (36%) and cross-functional collaboration (41%).


Trend 4: Rising technologies. 38% have metaverse plans this year, with 40% engaging within 12 months. 41% also have 2023 blockchain plans, led by 40% within 12 months.
