HTC International Telecommunications Joint Stock Company (abbreviated as HITC) was established in 2007. HITC specializes in providing fixed, mobile, internet, VOIP, and long-distance telecommunication services domestically and internationally. HITC is the first private unit in Vietnam to own 15,000km of parallel North-South backbone cables, directly connected to 07 international fiber optic cable lines. HITC owns the leading modern EcoDC Data Center in Vietnam meeting Uptime standards. Tier III both in terms of Infrastructure Design and Construction. Along with that is a PCI - DSS security certificate, an information security standard for businesses storing payment cards.

With more than 15 years of development, HITC has a diverse and reliable product ecosystem honored by many prestigious organizations: "Top Fastest Growing Enterprises in the period 2016 - 2020" and "Top 10 Enterprises" Prestigious Technology in 2020”. In 2021, the Vietnam Digital Media Association in collaboration with Viettimes Electronic Magazine honored EcoDC as a typical digital transformation product and solution.
